Wellness & Fitness Center Programs

The activities and workshops at the fitness club are organized to bring sports enthusiasts together and to motivate them into sporty habits as well as to introduce new sports trends and equipment. Lessons and content are designed based on the interest in and participation to the studio lessons.

Group exercise studio

Group Exercises
Group exercises allow Kemer Country Club members to work out under the supervision of trainers in a safe, efficient and fun way. Various activities are offered to sport enthusiasts for 20 hours a week.

Abs X Back
Mainly focuses on abdominal area and shoulder muscles.
Body Pump
Increases endurance and strength and shapes body by using dumbbells and barbells.
B.L.T Tone
Focuses on buttocks, legs and abdominal muscles for a firmer and stronger body.

Bosu Extreme
Shapes body and heightens sense of balance, strength and energy by using bosu and weights.
Cycle Beats
Works out legs and buttocks and a good cardio activity on spinning bicycle.
Fat Burning
Works out muscles using own body weight and a good cardio activity to burn fat.
Pilates
Increases flexibility, strength and body awareness and strengthens core area muscles.
Total Body Workout
Shapes body, increases endurance and strength to burn more calories by using dumbbells.
